Gift wrapping

For some articles elegant gift-wrappings can be provided for. If you wish gift-wrapping you can ask us for it in the box "Your message" during the first step of the shopping cart. On top of all this, we offer you the possibility to deliver the gift directly to the lucky one. For this you have to fill in that person’s address under ‘delivery address’ during the ordering procedure.

*For packets beyond standard measurements the price of delivery depends on the effective measurements or weight. You can find out the exact price of delivery by adding the article to your trolley and going through the first steps of the ordering procedure. After filling in the place of delivery, the exact price of delivery will show. Of course, you can also contact us in order to be informed about the price of delivery.

Dispatch and home delivery of your online order

Your order will be delivered quickly and securely by UPS, or the courier service of The Post (before Taxipost). Your order is delivered to the intended person or to a family member of age with the request to sign on reception. In case of a delivery to a company having a reception desk, the packet will be delivered at the desk.

In the case of your absence The Post will leave a message with their contact information so you can:

pick up the packet in the nearest post office
settle a new time of delivery on your adress or a new adress

Taller articles and furniture will be delivered by our own delivery service. We always contact you in advance to fix a time of delivery.

Consideration time and exchange guarantee

In our online shop you are entitled to the legal period of consideration of 7 days. The Belgian law on business methods and on the information and protection of the consumer of 14 July 1991, allows the purchaser to inform the seller within 7 days of the date of delivery of the product, that he/she renounces the purchase.
The goods are then to be sent back, unopenened, undamaged and unused, within 5 working days after informing the seller.
We can refuse returned goods or not refund them when the original packaging has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the
purchaser . We bear no expenses and no responsibility concerning the sending back of goods by the purchaser. Goods returned to us without prior notice won’t be accepted.
